PRO-MIC Service / Calibration Options

PRO-MIC knows that keeping your system is use (whether it is 1 or 20 years old) is the most important aspect of what we do.  All PRO-MIC Calibrations include an N.I.S.T.  traceable certificate.  We offer several alternatives for maintaining your PRO-MIC Systems:

Factory Service / Calibration
Factory Service / Calibration is for PRO-MICs that need to be repaired, calibrated or both.  The best service is obtained by returning all of the electronic and mechanical components.  This way our technicians will test the full system on our test roll before returning it to your facility.  

Factory Quick Calibration
Factory Quick Calibration is for healthy PRO-MICs that are due for calibration and light maintenance such as a new battery or backlight.  Turnaround time for a quick calibration can be as fast as 24 hours with the proper scheduling and notice.  

On Site Service / Calibration
For PRO-MIC users who have multiple systems or who just can't be without their PRO-MIC, your local PRO-MIC representatives are ready to travel to your site to calibrate and maintain the systems.  Contact us for more information.
