Electronic Systems are available in Dual Arm PRO-MIC TRUE End-to-End models and PRO-MIC Lightweight Precision Single Arm designs. Manual Systems are available in Precision Dial Indicator.

Concentricity: Measurement of the out-of-roundness of round objects. More Info

Typical applications include: Mill Roll Concentricity comparing the roll body to the roll neck (bearing surface). Rolls can be checked in a grinder or lathe or in rolling mill.

PRO-MIC Concentricity Electronic Systems are available with single probe or dual opposed probe configurations each with automatic rotation detection (proximity sensor). The rotation Detection can be wired or wireless. A separate electronic configuration works as an Electronic Strip Chart continuously logging data to your PC. Either system can present data in a Polar Plot. All data can be easily stored in your PC.

Diameter: Measurement of round object's absolute diameter. More Info

PRO-MIC's new PRO-MIC TRUE Diameter system measures absolute diameter electronically eliminating errors commonly present in manual measurements. Data is easily transferred to your PC.

Strip/Plate Profile: Measurement of the thickness variation of flat material. More Info

Typical applications include rolled or cast steel, aluminum, lead, brass or plastic, among others.

Two versions are available. First, the PRO-MIC Strip Profiling Workstation with hydraulic clamping and (optional) automated ball screw driven precision slide motion of the measurement head logging data up to 10x per inch of travel.

PRO-MIC writes and supports PC based software to store, recall and print the measurements from any of our devices. Examples include: databased storage of roll profiles with target shapes, error plots, SPC Charts and custom target shapes (SIne, CVC, Parabola, Taper-flat Taper, etc).
